Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote

???? Remote | Must Reside in North Carolina
???? $90,000–$100,000/year, based on experience
???? Full-Time

Ready to do meaningful BCBA work—from home?

Love being a BCBA, but looking for a role that gives you more flexibility in your day?

Autism 360 is looking for a compassionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote position serving families in North Carolina.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services, partner with families, mentor RBTs, and help learners make meaningful progress—all while working remotely.

✨ Great clinical work. A supportive team. And a little more flexibility in your life.

???? Important: North Carolina Residency Required

You must currently live in North Carolina to be considered for this position.

Due to insurance and payer guidelines, this requirement is non-negotiable , even though the position is remote.

???? Why You’ll Love This Role

We know BCBAs want to spend their time doing meaningful clinical work—not feeling like they’re on an island.

At Autism 360, you’ll be part of a collaborative team with clinical support, clear expectations, and people you can actually reach when you need them.

As a Remote BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to:

???? Work remotely from your home in North Carolina
???? Earn $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
???? Develop individualized, meaningful ABA programming
???? Build relationships with learners, families, RBTs, and fellow clinicians
???? Coach and develop RBTs through ongoing supervision and feedback
???? Use technology to deliver effective clinical support remotely
???? Make an impact while having more flexibility in your workday

???? What You’ll Do

As a Remote BCBA , you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversight for learners receiving ABA services. Your day may include:

  • Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Conducting ongoing assessments and using data to guide clinical decisions

  • Creating measurable skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction goals

  • Monitoring learner progress and modifying programming when clinically appropriate

  • Providing remote supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Conducting caregiver training and helping families generalize skills beyond therapy sessions

  • Collaborating with families, RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and operational team members

  • Completing treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation within required timelines

  • Ensuring services meet clinical, ethical, payer, BACB, HIPAA, and organizational standards

  • Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities

Most importantly, you’ll be a clinical resource and advocate for the learners, families, and team members you support.

???? What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you’ll need:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field

  • Eligibility to practice behavior analysis in North Carolina, including applicable licensure and credentialing requirements

  • Experience working with autistic children and adolescents

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior intervention, and skill-acquisition programming

  • Experience supervising and coaching RBTs or behavior technicians

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment

  • Excellent organization, time-management, and clinical documentation skills

  • Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate private workspace for confidential clinical services

???? And one more time because it's important:

Candidates MUST currently reside in North Carolina.

This requirement is based on insurance/payer guidelines and cannot be waived for out-of-state applicants.

???? Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

We want our clinicians to build careers they can feel good about—both professionally and personally.

Benefits include:

???? Paid Parental Leave
???? Paid Time Off
???? Health & wellness benefits
???? Professional development and continuing education opportunities
???? Supportive clinical leadership
???? Opportunities for professional growth
???? Remote work
???? Meaningful work with learners and families

???? You Might Be a Great Fit If...

You’re the BCBA who loves the clinical side of ABA but also values flexibility, communication, and connection.

You enjoy mentoring RBTs and watching them grow. You can build genuine relationships with families—even through a screen. You’re comfortable working independently, but you still want to feel like you’re part of a team.

And when the data says something isn’t working, you don’t just check a box—you dig in, collaborate, and figure out what needs to change.

If you're looking for a BCBA position where you can do meaningful work without spending your day commuting , we'd love to meet you. ????

???? Why Autism 360?

At Autism 360, we believe great outcomes start with great people.

We’re committed to creating an environment where BCBAs feel supported, respected, and empowered to use their clinical expertise. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for learners and families while working alongside a team that understands the importance of collaboration, communication, and quality care.

Ready for your next chapter?

If you’re a BCBA currently living in North Carolina and a remote opportunity with competitive compensation, flexibility, and meaningful clinical work sounds like the right next step, apply today.

We’d love to learn more about you. ????

Autism 360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees, clients, and families.
