Key responsibilities Annotate food items, portion sizes, meal composition, and nutrient information from various sources Classify dietary patterns, including macronutrient balance and meal timing Verify nutrition information against trusted food-composition references and review AI-generated content for accuracy Required qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience in nutrition, dietetics, food science, or a related field Familiarity with food-composition databases and dietary-assessment methods Strong judgment regarding portion estimation and food categorization Comfort using spreadsheets and annotation tools Ability to commit for 8 weeks, working 8 hours per day with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time
