Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an accomplished Surgery Center Administrator to provide executive leadership for an ambulatory surgical operation in San Ramon, California . This role offers the opportunity to oversee the clinical, operational, financial, and administrative performance of a surgery center while building strong partnerships with physicians, staff, and organizational leadership. The Administrator will be instrumental in maintaining an environment centered on patient safety, operational excellence, and exceptional surgical care.
Offering a competitive salary of $130,000 – $190,000 annually , this position is ideal for a healthcare leader who understands the unique demands of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). You'll have the opportunity to lead teams, strengthen center performance, and influence the continued success of a surgical facility while working with United Surgical Partners International (USPI) .
Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a well-rounded healthcare leader with direct ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience accompanied by ASC exposure . They understand how clinical quality, physician relationships, staff performance, financial stewardship, and operational efficiency come together to create a successful surgery center. The strongest candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of center performance while building an engaged team and maintaining an unwavering focus on safe, high-quality patient care.
