This position will involve working night shifts. The role requires floating to different units as needed. Staffing will be assessed every four hours. The traveler may be floated up to three times per shift. This is a union hospital setting. Travelers will float first as per the union contract. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential. Experience in a telemetry or similar unit is preferred. This position will provide an opportunity to make a difference in patient care.
