Developers and Investors

Millennials and Gen-X represent 50% of Vancouver rental market. We’re growing the first network of coliving communities designed specifically to meet their needs.

We build lasting homes and work closely with real estate owners, developers and investors to create sustainable coliving properties. We work with existing single family homes, multiple unit residential buildings, and both renovation and new build construction. We are experienced in the development business with local rezonings, permitting and development procedures around the lower mainland.

Coliving is rental based and offers multiple incentives to other forms of rental housing. Our model provides stable tenure and outperforms traditional rental with significant downside protection.

Municipalities

The city of Vancouver has pledged to see 20,000 new rental houses built in the next 10 years. This shift has put innovative rental projects in focus and includes the possibilities of fast-tracking projects and providing density bonuses for rental projects.

We believe in building affordable housing that supports the local community and work with municipalities in the lower mainland to create meaningful projects that not only meet but exceed these goals.

What we do

Community

Establishing and supporting the needs of a community is an ongoing process that needs care. We spent over a year developing and living in Sweden’s first coliving house so we understand what works and what doesn’t.

Management

We provide a turnkey coliving management solution, with proprietary technology to support the business. We handle leasing, repairs & maintenance, customer service, bookkeeping, and maintaining partnerships that support the community.

Design

Creative space utilization is a core part of the process and our team has extensive experience in architectural and interior design of housing in the lower mainland. We work creatively with renovations and new builds and know where its essential to spend and where its not.
